Our Story

Anaya is a psychology-informed, culturally-rooted initiative that bridges ancestral wisdom with modern psychological practices. We translate Indigenous practices into tools that support emotional regulation, self-reflection, and personal growth, fostering natural transformation.

Founded by Ayu Candradewi, who holds a postgraduate qualification in Arts (Psychology) and a YTT200, our practices empower individuals to cultivate emotional clarity, resilience, and a profound connection to themselves, others, and the natural world.

Our approach is designed to complement your journey, offering practices that promote balance, emotional wellbeing, and self-awareness. While informed by psychology, Anaya is not a substitute for clinical therapy, but rather a supportive space for personal and emotional growth, grounded in the rhythms of nature.

We are dedicated to supporting Indigenous cultures and environmental sustainability, ensuring our work contributes to collective growth beyond the individual and honors the earth that sustains us.

Welcome to Anaya, a space for personal growth, cultural reconnection, and grounded transformation.
